LEGAL & DISCLOSURES
SCOPE
These terms apply to a licensed professional (“you”) who applies to be listed in the BOSSMAKER Advisory Pool, where BOSSMAKER members can find and contact advisors. They apply in addition to the confidentiality acknowledgment you accept at sign-up and the platform legal disclosures.
Advisors registered by a white-label partner under that partner's own brand are covered by the partner's plan and pay no listing fee.
APPROVAL
Your account is created when you sign up, and you can set up your Advisor Back Office right away. BOSSMAKER reviews every advisor's identity, credentials, and license scope, usually within 24 hours. You are not shown to members until you are approved, and only in the categories BOSSMAKER approves.
BOSSMAKER may decline an application, or remove a listing, if credentials cannot be verified, a license lapses, or these terms or the confidentiality acknowledgment are not followed. A listing makes you visible to members; it does not guarantee any number of clients, meetings, or sales.
FREE TRIAL
Every advisor gets 30 days of free listing, counted from the day BOSSMAKER approves you. While paid listings have not started, listing is free for everyone; BOSSMAKER will give at least 30 days' notice before any fee begins.
Nothing is ever charged before the later of the paid-listing start date and the end of your free trial. On day 21 of your trial we email you a reminder to add a card. If you do not add one, your listing is hidden from members when the trial ends and returns as soon as you do. Your account, clients, and messages are not affected.
FEES
The listing fee is a flat fee per listed advisor. There is no per-lead, per-client, per-meeting, or per-enrollment charge.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are added.
BILLING
You choose monthly or yearly billing when you add your card. Your card is charged on your first charge date and then automatically at the start of each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; BOSSMAKER does not store your card number.
When a founding rate ends, the standard fee applies from your next renewal, never in the middle of a period you have already paid for.
MISSED PAYMENTS
If a charge fails, Stripe retries it and you can update your card from your listing page. Your listing stays visible for 14 days after a failed payment. After that it is hidden from members until payment succeeds. Your account, clients, and messages are not affected.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel at any time from Manage card and invoices on your listing page. You will not be charged again after you cancel.
A monthly listing stays visible until the end of the month you have paid for, then ends. A yearly listing ends when you cancel and the unused months are refunded as described below.
REFUNDS
Monthly listings are not refunded. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your listing runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Yearly listings are refunded for each full month remaining after the month in which you cancel, at the yearly price divided by twelve. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 10 business days.
If BOSSMAKER removes your listing for reasons other than a breach of these terms or the confidentiality acknowledgment, any unused paid time is refunded the same way.
CHANGES
BOSSMAKER will email you at least 30 days before any change to listing fees or these terms takes effect. A founding rate stays locked for its full 12 months. Continuing your listing after a change takes effect means you accept it; you may cancel before then.
