Educational and organizational platform

BOSSMAKER Financial GPS is a technology, education, organization, assessment, communication, and professional-connection platform. Unless BOSSMAKER separately provides a service through a properly licensed person under a written engagement, BOSSMAKER is not acting as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, insurance company, insurance agency, tax preparer, accounting firm, law firm, healthcare provider, credit-repair organization, or fiduciary. Platform access alone does not create a professional-client, attorney-client, accountant-client, insurance-agent, or fiduciary relationship.

No individualized professional advice from platform content

Financial Profiles, IRIS assessments, Personal Assessments, Financial Digital Twin roadmaps, calculators, projections, reports, videos, educational materials, and automated messages are informational tools. They do not replace advice based on a licensed professional's complete review of the client's circumstances. Users should not buy, sell, enroll, cancel, transfer, file, or execute a legal or financial transaction solely because of a platform output.

Client information, decisions, and verification

Results depend on the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of information supplied by users and third-party documents. Clients must review imported, extracted, calculated, and generated information, correct errors, and obtain current professional guidance before acting. BOSSMAKER does not guarantee that an assessment identifies every risk, opportunity, deadline, product term, tax consequence, or legal issue.

PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS

Independent professional status

Advisors, insurance professionals, tax professionals, accountants, attorneys, and other specialists available through or connected to BOSSMAKER may be independent professionals or representatives of separate firms. Listing, approval, verification, assignment, referral, or inclusion in the BOSSMAKER Advisory Pool is not a guarantee of competence, future conduct, results, product suitability, or continued licensure, and is not an endorsement of every service or recommendation.

Professional obligations and limitations

Each professional remains solely responsible for practicing within their license, registration, appointment, authorization, competence, jurisdiction, and professional scope; performing required fact-finding and suitability or best-interest reviews; making required disclosures; identifying conflicts and compensation; protecting client information; maintaining records; and complying with applicable fiduciary, ethical, regulatory, carrier, firm, and professional standards. Platform data does not replace the professional's independent review and judgment.

Verify the professional and the engagement

Before engaging a professional, clients should verify the individual and firm with the applicable regulator, licensing authority, insurer, bar, accountancy board, or professional body; review disciplinary history; understand services, fees, commissions, conflicts, and limitations; and obtain the professional's governing agreement and disclosures. Registration or licensing information can change after a BOSSMAKER review.

Advisor access and client consent

Advisor assignment does not automatically grant access to a client's private Financial Profile, uploaded documents, complete assessment, or messages. Clients control the assessment topics they choose to share, subject to the platform's privacy controls. A professional must not pressure a client to expand access or use information beyond the authorized purpose.

MEDICARE AND INSURANCE

Medicare information and government status

BOSSMAKER is not Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Social Security Administration, or another government agency, and is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. Platform Medicare content is educational, may become outdated, and does not determine eligibility, enrollment rights, coverage, premiums, provider participation, drug coverage, benefits, penalties, or claims. Users should confirm current information through Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, Social Security, their State Health Insurance Assistance Program, the plan, and an appropriately licensed professional.

Medicare plan discussions and enrollment

Only appropriately licensed, appointed, certified, and authorized individuals may conduct plan-specific Medicare marketing, sales, or enrollment activity through any BOSSMAKER-connected service. The responsible professional must comply with current CMS, plan, carrier, scope-of-appointment, permission-to-contact, call-recording, marketing, enrollment, and data-consent requirements. Availability varies by location, eligibility, carrier, and contract, and a professional may not represent every plan available in a service area.

Insurance products and illustrations

Insurance coverage, premiums, underwriting, exclusions, limitations, surrender values, nonguaranteed elements, dividends, index credits, fees, riders, tax treatment, claims, and carrier strength vary by product and may change. Illustrations and projections are not guarantees. No coverage exists until an authorized carrier approves and issues a policy and all required conditions are satisfied. Clients should review the complete carrier contract and disclosures before applying, replacing coverage, surrendering a policy, or transferring funds.

TAX, ACCOUNTING, AND LEGAL

Tax and accounting information

Tax estimates, classifications, document summaries, business analyses, and planning ideas are educational and may not reflect current federal, state, local, or international law or the user's complete facts. They are not tax-return preparation, an audit opinion, attestation, or advice for avoiding penalties. Tax professionals and accountants remain responsible for their own diligence, professional standards, filings, work product, and representations before taxing authorities.

Legal information

Templates, checklists, estate and legacy prompts, entity-formation information, and legal issue-spotting are general information and not legal advice. Use of the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship or privilege. Laws and deadlines vary by jurisdiction and circumstance. Users should retain a qualified attorney before preparing, signing, filing, transferring, or relying on a legal instrument.

AI AND TECHNOLOGY

Artificial intelligence and automated outputs

BOSSMAKER may use artificial intelligence, rules-based systems, document extraction, calculations, and third-party technology. These systems can omit facts, misread documents, make incorrect inferences, produce inconsistent results, or generate information that appears authoritative but is wrong. Outputs require human review and must not be treated as a professional's final recommendation or a guarantee.

Projections, scores, and results

Scores, scenarios, forecasts, retirement estimates, cash-flow models, business projections, and comparisons use assumptions and hypothetical information. Actual investment returns, taxes, inflation, interest rates, insurance performance, expenses, health costs, business results, and personal circumstances may differ materially. Past performance and modeled outcomes do not guarantee future results.

PARTNERS, EMPLOYERS, AND BROKERS

White-label and partner organizations

A white-label presentation or organization-branded portal does not make the partner the owner of client data or automatically grant access to a client's private profile, documents, assessments, or communications. Partner organizations are responsible for their own statements, personnel, services, permissions, marketing, regulatory obligations, and compliance with their agreement with BOSSMAKER.

Employer financial-wellness benefit

Employer sponsorship does not entitle an employer to view an employee's individual financial information, documents, assessment results, advisor communications, or personal decisions. Employers may receive only authorized operational or aggregate participation information. BOSSMAKER is not an ERISA plan administrator, payroll provider, employee benefits attorney, or employer fiduciary merely because the platform is offered as a financial-wellness benefit.

Brokers, referrals, and Broker of Record

A referring or sponsoring broker is not automatically the employer's Broker of Record. Broker of Record status requires documented employer authorization and remains subject to applicable law, carrier and firm requirements, contractual terms, and replacement or termination rights. A broker relationship permits only authorized employer-level reporting and does not grant access to individual employee financial information.

Fees, commissions, referral compensation, and conflicts

BOSSMAKER, a partner, broker, advisor, or affiliated professional may receive platform fees, subscription fees, referral compensation, commissions, marketing support, or other compensation where permitted. Compensation can create conflicts. The professional or organization responsible for a recommendation or transaction must provide all disclosures required by law and explain how they and their firm are paid. Users should ask for this information in writing before proceeding.

BAMA ASSISTANCE

BAMA role and advice boundary

A BOSSMAKER Account Management Assistant provides account activation, onboarding, platform orientation, navigation, and operational support. A BAMA is not acting through that role as a financial advisor, investment adviser, broker, insurance producer, tax professional, accountant, attorney, healthcare professional, or fiduciary. A BAMA must not choose answers, supply financial values, recommend products or professionals, interpret a report as advice, or conduct a transaction.

BAMA privacy boundary

An assigned BAMA may receive identity and contact basics plus status-only service milestones needed for onboarding. BAMA access does not include Financial Profile values, uploaded document contents, IRIS assessment or report contents, Financial Digital Twin contents, credentials, verification codes, private advisor messages, or client-controlled topic-sharing grants.

Guided Assistance Sessions

Guided Assistance is navigation-only and requires an approved BAMA assignment plus the client's explicit, purpose-specific consent. Sessions are limited to 30 minutes, renewable only by the client, immediately revocable, and audited. The BAMA receives safe page and section labels and may send navigation pointers; the feature does not share the client's screen, private entries, documents, reports, credentials, verification codes, or advisor-sharing choices.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

Professional misconduct and third-party services

Independent professionals and third-party organizations are responsible for their own advice, representations, omissions, conduct, products, transactions, cybersecurity, supervision, and legal compliance. BOSSMAKER may establish eligibility standards, perform limited credential reviews, suspend access, or investigate platform complaints, but it does not continuously supervise every professional and cannot guarantee that a professional will not commit negligence, misconduct, fraud, a privacy violation, or another wrongful act. To the extent permitted by law, BOSSMAKER is not liable for an independent party's wrongdoing merely because that party was listed, referred, approved, assigned, connected, or used the platform.

BOSSMAKER's own responsibilities

Nothing in these disclosures excuses BOSSMAKER from responsibilities it expressly accepts in a written agreement or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived. Any limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, dispute process, indemnification obligation, or remedy is governed by the applicable Terms of Use and agreements, subject to controlling law. These disclosures do not eliminate rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit BOSSMAKER to exclude.

No guarantee and service availability

BOSSMAKER does not guarantee financial improvement, debt reduction, funding, insurance approval, investment performance, tax savings, retirement readiness, legal outcomes, professional availability, or a particular response time. Features may be changed, interrupted, restricted, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or commercial reasons, subject to applicable agreements and law.

PRIVACY, SECURITY, AND SUPPORT

Role-based access and account security

Access is limited by role, assignment, consent, and platform controls. Each user must maintain a separately named account, protect credentials, use required authentication, and promptly report suspected compromise. Shared accounts, credential sharing, impersonation, and use of another person's login are prohibited. Users should never place passwords, verification codes, full account numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary support messages.

Privacy choices and third-party disclosures

Privacy permissions determine platform access but do not replace a separate professional's privacy notice, engagement agreement, carrier authorization, consent form, or legal duty. A client's decision to share one topic for one purpose does not authorize unrestricted use, redisclosure, sale, or use for another purpose. Additional collection or disclosure may require separate consent under applicable law.

Emergencies, deadlines, and complaints

BOSSMAKER and BAMA support are not emergency services and should not be used for urgent medical, safety, legal, filing, trading, enrollment, or financial deadlines. Contact 911 or the appropriate government agency, carrier, institution, regulator, or licensed professional when immediate action is required. Suspected unauthorized access or privacy incidents should be reported promptly through the Privacy or Security support category. Concerns about a professional may also be reported directly to the professional's firm and applicable licensing or regulatory body.
