Text message terms
Program. BOSSMAKER Admin Alerts is an internal notification program run by BOSSMAKER. It sends text messages only to BOSSMAKER administrators and staff. BOSSMAKER members, clients, advisors, partners, and the public are never enrolled and never receive these messages.
What we send. Account notifications about activity on the BOSSMAKER platform: a new advisor or member sign-up, a new partner or employer application, a payment received, or a payment that failed. Each message includes a short description and a link to the record in the BOSSMAKER administrator workspace. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you join. An administrator opts in by text: they send the keyword START from their own mobile phone to the BOSSMAKER Admin Alerts number. They immediately receive a confirmation text naming the program, the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to reply HELP or STOP. Their number must also be on BOSSMAKER's internal administrator alert list; texting START alone does not enroll anyone else. Joining is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
How often. Message frequency varies with platform activity. Several alerts arriving at once may be combined into a single summary message.
Cost. BOSSMAKER does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply START to join again. See how to opt out for details.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact BOSSMAKER through our help page.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
OPT-OUT
How to opt out
You can stop BOSSMAKER Admin Alerts at any time, for any reason. Reply STOP to any message. These replies also work: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and OPTOUT. Replies are not case-sensitive.
After you opt out you will receive one final message confirming it, for example: “You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.” No other messages are sent to that number after that confirmation.
Your opt-out takes effect immediately and is honored by our messaging provider for every future message from this program. To receive alerts again, reply START or UNSTOP. You may also ask a BOSSMAKER super administrator to remove your number from the alert settings, and it will be removed.
Reply HELP for help at any time. Opting out of text messages does not affect your BOSSMAKER account or any other communication preference.
PRIVACY
Text message privacy
What we collect. The mobile phone number an administrator uses to opt in, the record of that opt-in, and records of the messages sent to it.
How we use it. Only to send the account notifications described above.
No sharing or selling. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell phone numbers.
Service providers. We use a text messaging provider solely to deliver these messages. That provider may process the phone number only to send the message on our behalf.
Security and removal. Phone numbers are stored in access-controlled settings available only to BOSSMAKER administrators. An administrator may remove their number at any time, or reply STOP to stop all messages.
